NAWAN is a Saudi company specialized in the development of multi-use real estate projects. Established in Riyadh in 2026, it follows an investment approach centered on clarity of vision, precision in planning, efficiency in execution, and the maximization of long-term asset value.

We focus on distinctive projects spanning residential, commercial, office, retail, and hospitality uses, through an integrated workflow that begins with feasibility studies and financial structuring and extends through development and execution management to asset management.
